Peter J. Braito is a highly skilled industry veteran with over 30 years hands-on experience in commercial real estate, project & development management, architecture, engineering and construction fields. Mr. Braito provides resource planning, project and construction management, contract negotiations and administration, budget and schedule management, vendor selection and management, and project design organization to clients in New York, The Tri-State region, nationally, and internationally.
Mr. Braito has established an impressive reputation as a proven leader in the Project & Development Management Consulting Services industry with his thorough understanding of the organizational, technical and qualitative needs of the firm’s clients combined with an appreciation of timing and budget mitigation. His hands-on team oriented leadership approach and a broad range of managerial leadership, creative problem solving and technical skills enable The Braito Group’s clients to realize unsurpassed value from their initial project investment and provides tangible return on investment results throughout the project lifecycle.
Prior to forming The Braito Group, LLC Mr. Braito held senior leadership positions with Newmark Knight Frank, Grubb & Ellis, The Peter J. Braito Consulting Group, Inc. Butler, Rogers Baskett Associates, Mancini Duffy Architects, The Phillips Janson Group, Kweller Dubin Baumgarten Associates and Perotto Associates PC.
Altogether, Mr. Braito has been responsible for commercial and residential interior renovation, core & shell and ground up construction projects totaling more than 15 million SF over the course of his career for notable clients.
